Please use this form to request space for your parish sponsored activity. Requests will be discussed at the following Tuesday Parish Staff Meeting. You will receive a confirmation email from the parish office confirming your event.
Please indicate the actual start and ending times of your event.
Please list the times that you will need the requested room to be reserved for set-up and clean-up
Please indicate the number of events. For each event (attendee name) please include date, start and end time of event and the start and end time that the room needs to be reserved for set-up and clean-up.
Please indicate the expected number of people attending the event. You may request a room, however the final room assignment will be based on availability and the event.
