The Year of St. Paul, on the occasion of the bi-millennium of Paul’s birth,
which historians have placed between the years 7 and 10 AD,
started on Sunday, June 28, 2008 on the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul,
and will extend through the end of June, 2009. In celebration, St. Paul parish
is planning a year of programs and events that will focus on four areas:
education, sacramental/ministerial prayer, social events and outreach programs.
Many of these events are still in the planning stage so we encourage you to
check this webpage regularly. Events will be posted as they are finalized.
Special Year of St. Paul prayer cards are available from the rectory. A book of intercessions has been established at the front of the church and parishioners are encouraged to use the book to record their special intentions, for which we will pray during the year.
